Full Time Front End Developer | Salary DOE

We are looking for an experienced Front End Developer to join our fast paced and energetic digital marketing agency to work on a variety of projects.

You will be able to manage projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initial client meetings, scoping project requirements, estimating timescales and developing clean, responsive websites using a mixture of modern front end technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Experience working within an Agile development environment
• Be able to scope project requirements, interact with clients and set timescales
• Strongly self motivated with excellent communication skills
• Capable of self-managing workload
• Highly proficient with HTML, CSS (including preprocessors), JavaScript and PHP
• High level experience on building and designing responsive websites using modern front end tools (including gulp, grunt and dependency managers e.g. npm, bower)
• Exposure to front end frameworks (Bootstrap, Foundation)
• Knowledge of Git and/or other source control systems
• Strong experience developing WordPress themes and custom functionality
• Comfortable with the command line and knowledge of the resources this offers for front end tooling

Digital Account Manager


The responsibilities of this position include:

• Manage overall agency/client relationships and provide strategic input
• Creates effective digital strategies alongside advertising campaigns
• Works collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital campaigns, primarily on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google
• Manages program execution and financial performance while ensuring that the overall strategy is being delivered and on target
• Establishes rapport and maintains long-term relationships with clients
• Ensures tactical alignment with the stated goals, objectives and strategy
• Understands prospective client project briefs, conducts initial research and produces detailed strategies
• Regularly and consistently maintains detailed reporting documents to manage clients and projects efficiently and professionally; forecasting, resourcing and status reporting
• Keeps team informed of company news and decisions
• Ensures compliance with all internal account and project tracking procedures
• Builds excellent relationships with team members, ensuring the team has a high level of morale
• Travels across UK and internationally when required


To perform this role successfully, the individual should have a comprehensive understanding of:

• Internet best practises and the impact that these have on clients
• Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Twitter’s Advertising Platform
